You must use our services in accordance with our terms of service, otherwise we have the right to delete your account and suspend you from using our services.
- If you live in a country in the European Region, you must be at least 16 years old to register for our services. If you live in a country outside of the European Region, you must be at least 13 years old.
- You must not promote violent crimes, threaten other users, or discriminate others in any way.
- You must not decompile or extract code from our services
- You must not send mass messages or use auto-messaging in any way.
- You must not directly or indirectly use our app in a way that harms us, our users, our systems and our services or partners. This includes decompiling or stealing our code and using your own harmful computer code.
- You must not use Copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents and other property linked to our services without our approval.
- We can’t guarantee, that this application will always work without exception and assume no liability for damages incurred in connection with the use of our services.
- You are responsible for all data rates of your wireless service provider or network operator and any other fees and taxes associated with your use of our services.
- We save your e-mail address, username, password and profile picture. You can always change your information or delete your account. Your entire account information will be deleted when you delete your account
- Messages you send as well as your profile picture and username are visible by your group or chat members. Messages are stored on your device, we delete messages after 21 days at the latest.
- We collect, use and share information that you provide to us in accordance with your consent (which you may revoke at any time), to provide you with the capabilities of our app and to comply with legal obligations.
- We use device identifiers to provide push notifications. Push messages are played via "device tokens", an ID generated by Apple or Google (for Android apps) when the app is launched.
- To operate our service, we must store and distribute content and information in data centers and systems around the world. This includes countries outside the country where your residence is located. This infrastructure may be owned by service providers or affiliates.
- We use the Google Cloud Plattform for our services, especially Firebase. We also use Firebase Analytics to monitor some basic interactions with our app.
- You have the right to information, rectification, transferability or deletion of your information and the right to restrict or contradict certain processing of your information. This includes the right to object to the processing of your information for direct mail and the right to object to our processing of your information when we perform a task in the public interest or pursue our legitimate interests or that of a third party.
